Not too long ago, I'd say about 6 years ago I had no clue about the fact that I had any influence on what I was thinking at all.

In fact I wasn't even aware of WHAT I was thinking at all.  But what I did now was that I wasn't happy. Or to be more honest: I felt sad, lonely and miserable most of the time!

I saw other people that were just like me, single and pretty happy in their lives. What were they doing differently?

I had no idea that our thoughts create our feelings for a large part. And that learning how to change the way I think, would dramatically change the way I feel, and that my friend....changes how you show up in the world, what you do, what people you attract and what becomes your reality. Aka if changes EVERYTHING.

And so I made the decision to go ALL in and change my thinking. And every time I applied it, I immediately felt so much better!!!

And I am not talking about telling yourself to think "positive" and trying to say things you don't believe in. That only makes you feel worse and doesn't work.

And I am not here to waste your precious time.

I had trained myself over years and years to think in a way that wasn't helpful. It was so deeply engrained that at first it was hard to see what I was doing and to catch myself.

I had build a highway to unhelpful thinking and just a dirt road to helpful thinking. It was time to do some construction work!

Over time the rewiring got easier and easier. It got more and more automatic.

I noticed a HUGE different in state when I woke up in the morning. I used to feel quite miserable even before having opened my eyes.

As I started applying all that you are about to learn in this course within a few weeks, I noticed I was waking up neutral. Not feeling particularly happy but more important - not feeling negative, bad, sad or lonely. And let me tell you what a BLISS that is when you've felt miserable most of your life.

Some much good can come from changing the way you think.

In the past I pretended I knew what other people were thinking. And I lost opportunities and friendship by talking myself out of certain things.

I noticed a huge difference in the type of people I was attracting around me when I upleveled my thinking and became much more aware of the language they used.

I was able to surround myself with uplifting and happy people which brought me to next level and kept influencing my thought processes in a positive way.

Changes started to happen in my life. New opportunities showed, new friendships were made and in the end - and amazing relationship came into my life. :-)

I'm now really passionate about teaching other women how to do this.
