Here's how it's going down:

FIRST, you get to join a weekly training session. 

After you sign up, you will receive an email with all information. After payment, you will be enrolled to start your Mental Fitness Bootcamp at the next possible start date. We will have a Live-Zoom kickoff meeting, followed by a welcome video.

THen you will be invited into a WEEKLY CALL, where you will receive personal support by your coach ANDREA.

Every week during the Bootcamp, we’ll hop on a (group) call to discuss the content delivered in the main training. I’ll coach you on your personal challenges and how to apply the principles to your situation. And I’ll answer any questions as they come up.
